Helping small business seek the Small Business Advantage is what Business
Unusual is all about. The core methodology that is used to do this with
small business is the Management Support Program. This program is
designed to set the conditions in the business for growth, sustainability and
freedom - all the key outcomes of Tactical Business for Growth.
Training in the Management Support Program is now available to business
professionals through the licensing of the Business Unusual program, materials
and systems.
Using the principles discussed here in this site, the
Business Unusual Management Support Program
is delivered by individuals working in their own firms. A
licensed firm is able to use the Business Unusual trademark, logo's, materials
and concepts in their own product line up to help small business.
- A licensee has successfully applied, been screened and undertaken
comprehensive training
(16 days residential with Duncan Schultz and his clients, partners and team)
- A licensed firm can use the term, "A Business Unusual Practice"
in conjunction with the logo in their marketing
- A licensed firm is an independent local business - not a franchise
- A licensee has the ongoing support of Duncan Schultz and Pacific
Growth in materials, systems, marketing and collateral
Conditions for licensing:
- Each licensee must have completed the Business Unusual Management
Advisor Training Program (currently offered through Pacific Growth in
Queensland)
- Next course starts 12th January 2003
- Each licensee must be a Member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors (MAICD post nominals) and have completed the AICD Company
Directors Course.
Licensing is not expensive, many of the costs can be mitigated through;
pre-existing membership of the AICD, the external completion of the Company
Directors Course, existing hardware and existing software.
